 We have been asked by many Austin Healey customers if we could supply the same color green finish on the generator and starters we remanufactured to match the factory color. We recently found a supplier who manufacturers the green color paint called: Austin Healey Engine Enamel.
Please request the special green color at the time of order or when the components are send in to be remanufactured. This special color will be offered free of extra charge to those customers who request it . If the green color is not requested then the finish products will be painted our standard black color.
We have also found a green powder color which is the same as the green paint. A sample of the color can be seen in the powder coating page. The reason we are mentioning this fact here is, we are trying to see if there is enough interest generated for us to start powder coating the Austin Healey generators and starters. There would be a small fee added for the powder coating to cover the cost of the equipment and materials.
Please e-mail us and let us know if this is a service which would be wanted, if we get enough of a demand we will start this service.
